Follow these few steps to prepare it and you won't regret it!
How to prepare PIZZA ZERO®:



- Add 50 g of water, 17 g of olive oil and 1 g of apple cider vinegar to 90 g of powder, mix creating a smooth ball and uniform.
- Roll out the ball with a rolling pin between two sheets of baking paper, to a maximum thickness of 0.5 cm.
- Place on the baking tray and place in a preheated oven at 200° degrees for 5 minutes, season to taste and put back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
