SO AS NOT TO GIVE UP ON GOOD ITALIAN PASTA
FiberPasta pasta contains 15% fiber (over double that of traditional whole wheat pasta), a low glycemic index GI 23 and is obtained exclusively from durum wheat semolina with the functional addition of inulin (soluble vegetable fiber). The high fiber content increases satiety without causing bloating and slows the absorption of carbohydrates, contributing to a lower caloric absorption and the reduction of the glycemic peak.
RECOMMENDED BY NUTRITIONISTS
FiberPasta pasta is recommended by dieticians, nutritionists and nutritionists in low glycemic index diets, for weight control and cholesterol and as an aid to promote intestinal transit. It is also very useful in the athlete's diet, thanks to the slow release of carbohydrates that maintains energy for a long time.
CERTIFICATION OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH In 2001 FiberPasta pasta was certified with Decree_of the Ministry_of_Health*
*CHANGE IN EUROPEAN REGULATIONS We inform consumers that, due to the new European Regulation - Regulation (EU) 609/2013, "relating to foods for special medical purposes" which states that no food can be labeled as "for diabetics" any longer, including those, such as Fiber pasta, regularly certified as such, starting from 20 July 2016 on the new FiberPasta pasta packaging they had to eliminate the wording "FOR DIABETICS": despite it having been regularly certified in 2001 with a Decree of the Ministry of Health as suitable for diabetic nutrition, and has always been recommended by nutritionists even in diabetic diets. They therefore had to adapt to the new European Regulation by updating the wording on the packaging.
