White or dark almond cream?
Our almond cream comes in two versions - white and dark. Million-dollar question: what is the difference? Simple! In the dark almond cream, the unpeeled almonds are roasted and turned into cream. This gives it a strong and distinctive flavour. In contrast, our white peeled almonds are blanched first, giving them a milder flavour. We can't tell you which is better, but one thing is for sure: you have to try both!
