Food supplement based on creatine available in powder and 1 gram tablets with vitamin B6. Creatine is a derivative of amino acids naturally produced by the body and contained in various foods.

Transformed into its phosphorylated form, it is involved in maintaining cellular energy reserves.

Creatine increases physical performance in the case of repetitive, high-intensity and short-duration activities* and is therefore suitable for training sessions that include repeated series of sprints on foot or by bike, fast swimming laps, weights, jumps and anything else that falls within the paradigm of short, intense and repeated effort.

*The beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

USE MODE:
